1. About Us

Styled My Home (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides digital home styling content, including downloadable guides, templates, mood boards, checklists, and related digital resources.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase Digital Products from the Site. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Account Registration

Some features may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

• All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
• Payment is processed at the time of purchase through our third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card details.
• We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability.
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees unless otherwise stated.

5. Delivery of Digital Products

• Digital Products are delivered electronically via a download link, email, or access to a designated account area, typically immediately after payment confirmation.
• It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and to ensure you can receive emails from us (please check spam/junk folders).
• Download links may expire after a set period or number of downloads. If you experience an issue with delivery, contact us and we will work in good faith to resolve it.

6. No Refunds Policy

All sales are final. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed, regardless of whether the Digital Product has been downloaded, accessed, or used.

By completing your purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• You waive any right to a refund, chargeback, or reversal of payment.
• You have reviewed the product description, previews, and any sample content before purchasing.
• Dissatisfaction with the style, design, or content of a Digital Product does not constitute grounds for a refund.
• Technical issues on your device, incompatibility with your software, or a change of mind are not grounds for a refund.

If a Digital Product file is genuinely corrupted or inaccessible and we are unable to resolve the issue after reasonable efforts, we may, at our sole discretion, provide a replacement file. No cash refund will be issued.

This no-refund policy does not affect any statutory rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

7. License and Permitted Use

Upon purchase, and subject to full payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the Digital Product for your personal, non-commercial use only. No Digital Product offered through the Site carries a commercial-use license, and no commercial rights are granted under any circumstances.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, rent, lease, or transfer the Digital Product in whole or in part.
• Upload the Digital Product to any public repository, file-sharing service, or third-party platform.
• Claim authorship of or present the Digital Product as your own.
• Use the Digital Product for any commercial purpose, including to create competing or substantially similar products for resale.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.

Any use outside the scope of this license is a material breach of these Terms and may result in termination of your license without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and in the Digital Products — including text, images, graphics, designs, templates, logos, and code — is owned by Styled My Home or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted in Section 7, no rights are transferred to you.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, our systems, or other users’ accounts.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any Digital Product will meet your specific requirements or expectations. 12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Styled My Home, its owners, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or any Digital Product.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or any Digital Product shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Digital Product giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Styled My Home and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your misuse of a Digital Product, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or any Digital Product at any time, without notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use any Digital Product will immediately cease, and no refund will be issued.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted on the Site with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site or purchase of any Digital Product after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Florida, United States, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

18. Entire Agreement
